Owen A. Kay

Hello! I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at Williams College. In addition, I am a Research Affiliate at the Dallas Fed's Center for Energy and the Economy.

My research interests are in Energy and Environmental Economics and Public Finance. I received my Ph.D. in Economics and Public Policy from the University of Michigan in 2025.
